Who is responsible

This site is operated by ZORA × LA7E AT NIGHT (Allnominal), Poland, which is the controller for the personal data described here. For any privacy question or request, contact zora@allnominal.pl.

What we collect

If you submit an event or a photo we store what you provide: the event or photo details, an email address (kept private, never published), and optionally your name and location. For event listings this can include the venue's coordinates and an organizer name, both shown publicly once approved. If you accept analytics, we also receive anonymous usage measurements (see below). We do not collect special categories of data, and we never sell or rent personal data.

Photos: metadata and other people

Photo files can carry hidden metadata — like the exact GPS coordinates where they were taken — that has nothing to do with the location text you typed. We strip this metadata from every photo automatically before it is stored, so it is never published or kept. A photo may also show other people; if you are recognisable in a published photo and were not the one who submitted it, you can ask us to remove it at zora@allnominal.pl.

Cookies and analytics

We use no advertising or profiling cookies. Analytics is optional and off until you accept it in the banner: we then use PostHog, hosted in the European Union, in a cookieless mode that stores nothing on your device and identifies no one — no cross-site tracking and no advertising identifiers. It records which pages are viewed and which features are used (for example that a boarding pass was generated), never the text you type. Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage so we can honour it; you can change it at any time via “Privacy settings” in the footer.

Why we may process your data

Submissions are processed to perform the service you asked for and on the basis of the consent you give in those forms. Analytics is processed only on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already took place.

How long we keep it

Submitted content and contact details are kept while the submission is under review and, if published, for as long as it remains on the site or until you use your removal link. Analytics measurements are anonymous and cookieless, so no persistent identifier is retained at all. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

Removing your submission

Every submission's confirmation email includes a tokenised removal link, unique to that submission, which deletes it immediately when opened — no account or further contact needed. Keep that email secure, since anyone with access to it can use the link.

Who else sees it

We use service providers who process data on our behalf: Payload CMS, Postgres/Neon (database), an S3-compatible provider for uploaded photos, Nodemailer for transactional email, Vercel for hosting, and PostHog (EU) for analytics if you accepted it. They act on our instructions only. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (for example Vercel or Neon infrastructure); where that happens, the transfer relies on the safeguards required by data protection law, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

Publication

Approved events and photos become public on this website and may be shown during LA7E AT NIGHT livestreams. Your email address is never published.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable form. Providing your name is always optional. To exercise any of these rights, email zora@allnominal.pl or use your submission's removal link. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw (uodo.gov.pl).
